Lines: The bars form lines that stand out because they are in focus
Form: The ice cream is closer to the person viewing than the person holding the ice cream
Form; The bird silhouette shows the form of a bird which stands out over everything. 
Texture: It shows the texture of the hair in the movie tangled
Shape: It has many shapes that make up other shapes.
This skull has a lot of value art wise. 
Value, Colour, Shape and Texture are well done! However, I need some explanation for "line" and "form" is 3-Dimenstional shape. Good effort! 7/10
